Picnic in Bloom

Meet Cynthia founder of Picnic in Bloom Cynthia is a native New Yorker who currently resides in Chinatown. As a little girl, she always had dreams of becoming an interior designer— she was often found either rearranging her family’s tiny apartment or flipping through Pottery Barn catalogues. After college, she began working as a real estate agent, which allowed her to dabble in staging, and soon afterwards began spearheading apartment renovations as a property manager. With more free time during quarantine, Cynthia began rediscovering her love for cooking and documented her journey on a series of Instagram stories, which she proudly styled and edited. It was this love for food and design that ushered her into this new chapter in her life, where passion meets purpose.
